ᴡʜᴀᴛ’s ᴍᴇᴅɪᴛᴀᴛɪᴏɴ ғᴏʀ ʏᴏᴜ? Whatever answer you gave: ʏᴏᴜ’ʀᴇ ʀɪɢʜᴛ. 🔶You don’t have to be sitting down. 🔶You don’t have to have your eyes closed. 🔶You definitely don’t have to “stop thinking”, because that’s impossible 😏. Meditation is simply the avenue you take to come back to YOU (your breath, your aliveness, your best self). So it can look like:
❤Taking a walk by yourself.
💚Taking a shower.
💙Stretching before bed.
💜Dancing.
💛Singing.
❤Literally, you can be doing anything and it is “meditative”. As long as you’re enjoying yourself and really connected to your inner being, you’re meditating.
