Thankful Grateful Trust

šŸ”±If you are depressed you are living in the past. If you are anxious you are living in the future. If you are at peace you are living in the present. Realize that Now is all there ever is.

āš”Take time to be thankful for everything you have. You can always have more but you could also have less. There is always, always, always something to be thankful for in the present.

ā¤Even when your past tries to pull you back in, you can consciously do your best to focus on your present blessings. Oftentimes we donā€™t even realize weā€™re blocking our own present blessings by holding on to the past.

ā˜€ļøSo just do your best to bring awareness to this, to practice diligently, so you can gradually let go. What do you see in your life right now? Be thankful for it all. For your health, your family, your friends, and your home. Many people donā€™t have these things.

šŸŒŗRemind yourself that the richest human isnā€™t the one who has the most, but the one who needs less. Wealth is a mindset. Want less and appreciate more today. With practice it does get easier.

šŸ¦š And as you practice, you transform your past struggles into present moments of freedom. Ultimately, happiness is letting go of what you assume your life is supposed to be like right now and sincerely appreciating it for everything that it is.

āš”At the end of this day, before you close your eyes, smile and be at peace with where youā€™ve been and grateful for what you have. Life is good. Keep reminding yourself ;
