Be mindful of what you share, with who and for what purpose. Be aware of what company you tend to leak your energy with and come away from it feeling worse. Choose wisely in who you share with. If there is no-one you feel close to in that way then actively choose a safer more therapeutic setting rather than with people who do not have the capacity or want to be there for you. Learn to hold space for yourself until you connect to the right person or people to share deeper things with...those who ask nothing of you and genuinely wants to listen and be of support. There are many self-focused people in this world however there are also many that genuinely want to be of service. Blessings❤️🐾 Lisa 💛
